2024 Registration Schedule
February 1st - February 15th -- Returning Cheerleaders Only
February 16th - March 1st — Registration Open To All
2024 SQUAD Descriptions
8U MightyWarriors Grades 1, 2 & 3
This is a Level 1 team for beginners. They will perform at the EMASS Local competition.
10 U Jr. Warriors Grades 4 &5
This is a Level 1 team on the National Track. Nationally Tracked means they will continue to advance to the next competition when placing top 3. They will only advance to Nationals if they place 1st at New England Regionals.
14U Warrior Squad Grades 6, 7 & 8
This is a Level 2 team, for more experienced cheerleaders. Warriors are Nationally Tracked and will continue to advance to the next competition when placing top 3, this includes Nationals in Florida. This team requires a large time commitment and likely some fundraising efforts.
Time Commitment/Expectations
Squads practice 3 times per week and cheer for games on Sundays. Attendance is crucial to the success of any team. Therefore, athletes will be granted no more than 2 unexcused absences throughout the season. We realize there may be extenuating circumstances, which will be handled on an as needed basis. Cheerleaders must attend at least 50% of football games in order to be eligible to compete.

JR. WARRIORS (Grades 4&5) Begin August 12th
MIGHTY WARRIORS (Grades 1, 2 & 3) - Begin August 20th

MIGHTY WARRIORS Tuesday 5:45 - 7:15 & Saturday 12:00-2:00
JR. WARRIORS Monday/Wednesday 6:00-8:00 & Saturday 2:00-4:00
WARRIOR SQUAD Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-8:00 & Saturday 4:00- 6:00
Cheerleaders are expected to be available all weekends throughout the fall, for both practices and competitions!
Game Day Sundays (All Squads) - Times and locations shared weekly.
All squads cheer for a game on Sundays, beginning the week after Labor Day. We aim to cheer mostly for home games, but there will be weeks we travel with the football teams. Our goal is to provide game times and locations by Wednesday night each week. Games are not "optional" cheerleaders should plan to attend.
Uniforms
Your child will be given a 3 piece uniform, on loan from SYFC, to be returned at the end of each season. Families are responsible for replacing uniforms (costing approximately $350) if lost, not returned or damaged (torn, bleached, altered without permission)
Required Items and Expenses
Along with the $320 registration fee, you will need to provide your child with Cheer Sneakers, Practice Uniform, Red Bloomers, Game Bow & Pom Poms.
Some Squads also require a camp in August.
We will provide specific ordering information for these items to those registered.
